- Coordinating with department heads from all displinces according to project priorities ,technical modifications and requirement for the client (SCA)- preparing the design for some concrete elements as well as some buildings in the project such as the technical building , fire tank , roads and rehabilitation of existing buildings - attending progress meetings, technical meetings and discussing solving technical proposals

Project: TUNNELS UNDER SUEZ CANAL ISMAILIA-Twin Road Tunnels is about 4500 Km long and. passes by 16.0 Meters depth under the old and new Suez Canal. The inner diameter of the tunnel is 11.40 m consists of segments 60 cm thickness. D-Walls are used for the shoring works as a temporary structure, retaining soil pressure reaches 18.0 meters.-The Review process includes the following Units: Northern and Southern tunnel such as sidewalk, new jersey, safety barrier, screed, slotted gutter, syphoid chamber, cross passage and triangle beam under ventilation shafts on the tunnel, Pump Building east and west, Service Building east and west, Ventilation building east and west. (As built). - Preparing a method of statement for the construction of ventilation shafts, which works to ventilate the tunnel from smoke in case of fire and car exhausts, which were at a height of 70 meters from the body of the tunnel. The tunnel was connected and opened in the body of the tunnel at the confluence of the shaft with the tunnel.-Preparing and finalize as built drawings for building Development and Extension.-Attend progress and technical meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.-Review quantity surveying, payment and change orders.-Review new bills cost estimation -Supervise the review and approvals of shop drawings(Workshop drawings and Material submittals)-Documenting project issues/conditions.

Project: KAFR SHUKR DRAINGE STATION-Design of the Foundation, R.C Walls, RC Columns, and Flooring Framing Plans of the Drainage station.

Project: ICONIC TOWERS (New Administrative Capital)- The Tower is the tallest high rise building in Africa of 385 meters tall and 80 floors above the ground. The tower is planned for completion in 2023.- Preparing Shop-drawing of the Reinforced Concrete Columns and Flooring Framing Plans.- Documenting project issues/conditions.

Project: WAREHOUSE BUILDINGS (New Administrative Capital)- Preparing Shop-drawing of the Foundation, R.C Walls, RC Columns, and Flooring Framing Plans of the following units:-Block A (Administrative HQ) -(Ground Floor + First Floor + Service Floor with Area 9000 m2).-Application Centre (Controlling HQ) -(Basement Floor + First Floor + 2 Typical Floors with Area 4500 m2).-Block B (Factory)-(Ground Floor + First Floor with Area 7800 m2).-Block F (Factory)-(Ground Floor + First Floor with Area 2200 m2).- Blocks I&J&H (Service Buildings) -(Ground Floor + 2 Typical Floors each with Area about 500 m2). - Attend progress and technical meetings, discuss and suggest technical propsals- Documenting project issues/conditions.

Project: Moon city & Moon Garden- Working as an executive engineer to construct buildings with 14 floors, carrying out construction and finishing works.- Review Contractor’s proposed sub-contractor(s) associated with the various engineering packages.- Attend progress and technical meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.- Take part in project management reviews.- Review quantity surveying, payment and change orders.- Review new bills cost estimation - Supervise the review and approvals of Material Submittals with respect to the project Specification and Standards of practice submitted by contractors.- Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works- Maintaining organized and detailed project records. -Review & approval of Technical Submittals (Workshop drawings and Material submittals)- Documenting project issues/conditions.

Project: Moon city & Moon Garden- Shop-drawing generation of the Reinforced Concrete Columns and Flooring Framing Plans.- Review technical submissions and design layouts as well as material submittals from contractors.- Attend progress and technical meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.- Review quantity surveying, payment and change orders.- Review new bills cost estimation - Supervise the review and approvals of Material Submittals with respect to the project Specification and Standards of practice submitted by contractors.-Review & approval of Technical Submittals (Workshop drawings and Material submittals)- Documenting project issues/conditions.
