As an Area Sales Manager, I boosted territory sales by $3.5M and recruited three new distributors by building relationships while motivating existing channel partners and key direct accounts. Both career paths have allowed me to do what I do best, which is lead, mentor, coach, manage and train inside sales reps and channel sales reps.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, rebuilding engines, and troubleshooting electrical and electronics.
