●     To lead industrial engineering department effectively to execute functions smoothly, provide support, and plan resources for operational tasks execution.●     Monitor efficiencies and utilization, Ensure optimum and efficient use of the plant resources ●     Layout plans and work station designs for existing and new expansions●     Coordination with PPC and production regarding capacities and lead times & costing based on SMV's●     Providing services for Problem solving of critical issues /bottleneck processes/Continuous Improvement Projects/tasks assigned by the director operation●     Manpower planning, Equipment planning & workstations design●     Ensure right person for right job through hiring & Induction based on KSA Skill criteria●     Incentive Plans and piece rate plans for improved efficiency●     Execute Training programs for stitching & finishing in training center to induct desired skills●   Design, develop and deploy lean management system for improving the operations and processes across all functions within the organization.●   Manage and oversee all activities pertaining to continuous improvement and performance enhancement●   Design and deliver trainings on lean system to instill mind set, lean thinking, lean skills at all levels of  organization●   Install problem solving system & structure to troubleshoot production/business issues, in order to streamline & ensure consistent and  efficient processes
