Conduct PFEMAs, IPPAPs, Cosmetic Validations; participate in PV builds, Pre-Production builds and Start of Production Model Year builds. • Improved plant FPY, at two separate plants, by over 10% through leading the implementation project to transition Production Quality Gate assessment stations from Production to the Quality department. This entailed 14 total inspection stations plant wide with 6 new stations established including the new Electric Vehicle line. The new stations included Electric Vehicle (EV) functional analysis, Fabrication, Materials and Paint Departments which added over 40 people including operators, supervisors and engineers.
