- Manage and optimize all domestic & international transportation (air, sea, land, project), including customs, insurance, warehousing, and foreign trade procedures (import/export, letter of credit, transit trade).- Ensure efficient and timely distribution of goods by optimizing transportation routes and selecting cost-effective shipping methods.- Oversee all supply chain, dispatching, invoicing, and stock management activities.- Analyze data to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.- Collaborate with departments like sales and finance to align supply chain with overall business goals.- Lead, train, and manage procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.- Implement ERP systems and ensure smooth integration.

- Overseas operation of import shipments. - Keeping customers up to date about shipments.- Bill of lading – insurance controls.- Overseas agents, carriers, customers coordination.- Representing customer.

- Manifest controls. Invoice controls. - Dangerous goods, oog cargoes, damaged cargoes and containers.- Weekly/ Monthly/ Annual reports.- Port Authorities applications and documentations. - Land trucking organizations.- International correspondence and communication. - Overseas agent coordination. - Crew embark / disembark formalities. - Ship food / oil / fuel supplies. - Vessel/ captain requests and problems.
