NHS-wide network contract and procuring the replacement network for the UK's Health and Social Care- Finance lead for the procurement of £6bn of NHS IT contracts, reporting to the Director General for NHS IT. UK Government National Audit Office report recognised £4.5bn of procurement savings and the majority of contact provisions were adopted into the UK Government model ICT contract- Commercial lead for the creation of SNOMED International on behalf of nine national governments- Leading commercial and delivery roles introducing Congestion Charging into central London> Able to lead through all programme stages from strategy development, business case development, procurement / contract reset through to implementation and delivery> Clients include: NHS, TfL, HMRC, ESB, Airwave, SNOMED International and electricity supply companies> I hold ACCA's Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance (CDipAF) and a postgraduate qualification in Design, Manufacture and Management from Cambridge University (ACDMM)
