• Responsible for daily KPIs monitoring of assigned clusters and Cluster level Improvement on routine basis in order to achieve target SLA. • LTE-850 & UMTS850(MHs) Rollout/Optimization• Responsible for Verification and approval of LTE/U850 SSVs for LTE/U850 Roll-out sites• Co-PCI and Co-PRACH conflict identification and re-planning also analyzing Network traffic trend and making expansion proposals • Hands on experience in Implementation of SON Features and testing• Regional Throughput Improvement Project• Regional 2G/3G Quality/EcNo Improvement Project• Routine monitoring & Optimization of GUL OSS KPIs:  LTE : RRC/ERAB setup success rate, ERAB drop rates, CSFB, IRAT PS Redirection Preparation Success Rate, UL/DL Throughput UMTS: CS/PS Drop Rate, RRC SR, RAB SSR, User DL Throughput (HSDPA), HSUPA Throughput, SHO, HHO, IRAT HOSR etc. Minutes/Drop, RX Qual, DCR, HOSR, CSSR, TASR, EDGE Throughput etc.• Coverage Optimization of RAT layers i.e. GSM900/1800, U850, U2100, LTE850 & LTE1800• Implementation of feature trials (HD Voice, CST Sign & Fast Return to 3G, Fast Return to LTE from 3G/2G after CSFB etc.)• Identification of Coverage/quality cases for deployment of Cell fie / Femto Solutions (Alcatel Devices)• Working on worst cells to have maximum impact on BSC level KPIs• Regional Drops Improvement Project including UseloadBalance parameter Trail, followed by Rollout execution • Call reestablishment Trial, followed by Rollout execution• Data Base audit to remove parametric discrepancies, Neighbor optimization & Frequency tuning• Daily monitoring of hardware issues like sector swap, RRU faulty/low efficient, and hardware alarms and escalating them to BSS Team with frequent follow ups• Analysis of Customer Complaint trends, to improve Operator’s NPS and User Perception. NPS project for AJK belts • Involved in special projects like AJK NPS improvement. • Awarded as Spot-On Champion on best performance (Nov-2016)

Main job responsibilities included: (RF DT Engineer)• 3G DT using Tems16.1& TEMs14.1.• 3G SSV testing including, Functionality test, Mobility Test• Short/long, audio, Video calling test and message testing• Data (HSPA+, HSDPA, HSUPA, R99)• Check Handover soft, softer and IRT• Swap check• Identifying missing or one-way defined neighbors• Neighbor Deletion And Keep monitoring of HO performance • Perform Cluster Drive• Analyzing drive test log files and Post Processing logfiles using Actix Analyzer and TEMS Investigation• Preparing SSV Cluster & Customer Complaint Reports• Coordination with customer• Post Processing logfiles using Actix Analyzer and TEMS Investigation.• Preparing Cluster and SSV Reports• Carrying out drive tests using TEMS for newly added roll-out sites for Huawei –Ufone/Mobilink Roll-out Project• Initial tuning (Drive testing) of new on-air sites (e.g. checking sector swapping, coverage, call origination/termination, etc.)• Preparation of frequency and NBR plans for 2G roll out sites. • TRx Testing, Inter-Site and Intra-Site Handover Testing, Site Coverage Test, GPRS/Edge Testing etc.Coverage testing• Making DT/KPI/Cluster Reports using TEMS, Google Earth and MapInfo tools• Identifying and escalating hardware issues• Issue based DT for the analysis of KPIs like Handover failures, Call drops, Call blocking etc.• DT for benchmarking.• Conducting on-site optimization.

Main job responsibilities included: (Internee OMCR and DT Engineer)• Create Neighbor Plan• OMCR Responsibilities• Check Site Alarm’s And Coordinate concern Team• Implement new site plans• Implement WO• Synchronize Planed CME and Active CME• Changing Frequency MAIO, MA List,• Coordinate with DT Engineer to Performed DT • Increase Time Slots GPRS And EDGE• Find State Using PRS, And M200• Carrying out drive test/walk test using TEMS investigation 8.0.4. • Carrying out DT for Huawei -Ufone NPM Project,• Carrying out cluster drives for Huawei - Ufone NPM Project,• Conducting TRX tests, GPRS/EDGE test and inter- and intra-site handovers tests, • Coverage testing (RXLevel) both in idle and dedicated mode.• Quality Testing (RXQual, C/I and SQI).• Creating drive test reports for RX levels (both idle and dedicated), RxQual, SQI and C/I worst using MapInfo Professional,• Supervising site audits, which involves horizontal panorama of the site, pictures of the antennas and checking orientation and mechanical /electrical tilts of the antennas,• Creating site audit reports.• Scanning to find out overshooting cells,• Analyzing log file.
