Managing Machining and Assembly Quality teams. Ensure the calibration for all tools and devices. Ensure that all the quality reports are up to date and analyze them. Take the proper decisions to achieve the top quality for the product without disturbing the production line. Ensure the application of all working instruction. Responsible for applying the customer requests. Improve the quality performance. Contact with other departments in case of manufacturing faults and guide them to find the corrective action Share in issuing SPC, FMEA, and Control Plan. Ensure that they are running, updated and complete. Illustrate the new quality strategies or systems to the workers and insure its applying efficiently. Representing the quality dep. In external or internal meeting.• Projects• Applying ISO-TS requests and succeeded in getting the certificate.• Revising ISO 9001 requests and succeeded in passing the Audit.• Applying the Quality System Bases "QSB".
