-Development of OEMs and aftermarket Control Cables, from OTS till PP trials and eventually till MP Trials.-Prototyping of control cables using customer's provided specifications.-Preparation of BOM, CAD Drawings of child parts as well as assembly drawings and Proto development plan. -Preparation of Work instructions/ SOP for Production of new control cables.-Preparation of Parts Inspection standards, process control standards, testing documents for initial development of product.-Designing of Casting End Molds, Zinc die casting inserts, plastic injection molding dies, hand molding dies, wire rope cutting pneumatic press, checking fixtures and jigs and other production enhancement devices using CATIA V5.-Implementation of Poka Yoke on some of the ongoing processes.-Facilitating production department in getting material from store accordingly.-Coordination with other departments to resolve production and quality related issues.-Management of projects by planning, and controlling the resources that are being applied to the project.-Active participation in 5S, Energy Conservation and Continuous Improvement activities (Kaizens).
