• Execute QA/QC initiatives and measures ensuring compliance to the QA/QC procedures. • Support the development of projects specific QA/QC procedures and responsible for creating work instructions and project templates. • Assist Project Manager in coordination and review of all Quality Assurance Plans and Control Procedures and documentations for successful implementation. • Ensure the effective implementation of client’s requirements, systems, principles and objectives. • Collaborate in ensuring consistent implementation client requirements. • Assist consultant’s Project Manager and Quality Engineers in establishing their delivery processes and procedures. • Review, verify and endorse Sub-Contractor and Supplier/Manufacturer QA/QC Plans, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, and other Project QA/QC Documents. • Ensure that quality of Construction team was inspected and monitored. • Conducting assessment visits/audits to suppliers and sub-contractors. • Provide checks of the project’s status of QA/QC implementation. • Provide project’s data, status, analysis and proposed corrective actions regarding client-originated NCR’s and consultant-originated SOR/NCR’s. • Review Sub-Contractors Audit Reports and follow up for the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions. • Provide feedback to the Project Manager and QHSE Manager, as needed, regarding QA/QC issues that need to be addressed. • Provide performance data as requested for reporting purposes. Implement corrective, preventive and defect repair actions as decided by QA/QC & Project Management in case of variations. • Preparing reports, review designs and drawings • Selecting appropriate construction materials and providing technical advice • Monitoring and inspecting the undertaken structural works

• Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as per the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.• Conduct inspection in sites as per the submitted RFI’s.• Raise the NCR and CAR against any incompliance to the contract specification.• Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project.• Attend Monthly Project Review Meetings (PRM) and alert the project team of any potential problems• Submission of weekly & monthly reports to company and clients.• Issue, revision and control of documents by the Contractor• Goods receiving inspection at Site• Monitoring and managing the material Testing and fulfilling the testing frequency.• Ensure that approved QA/QC plan is executed and that the inspection and tests results are properly documented.

 Preliminary general checks at the site to ensure that conditions necessary to start the work are fulfilled. Ensuring that all materials delivered at site are MAS approved in accordance with project’s specification Checking that delivered materials are stored upon approved manufacturer’s storage recommendation. Carrying out of material inspection attached with factory quality reports, mill test certificates, delivery notes, packing list and other related documents. Strictly following the inspection checkpoints as per the approved Inspection and Test Plans Verifying of lay-out markings for anchors as per approved shop drawings before commencing the installation proper. Carrying out of work inspection prior to anchor lay-out attached with survey reports, approved shop drawings alongside with the Third Party surveyor. Inspection of anchors and brackets and ensuring that installation is carried out thru project specification of nut torqueing, leveling & alignment in line with the approved shop drawings & methodology. Inspection of GRC structural frames installation, in reference to the designed level, screw connections from the steel to the anchors ensuring commencing work is as per the approved method statement.

 Maintain detailed records of work performed by the contractor in case the work is performed on a Day Works basis. Layout Monitoring civil works excavation, formwork, Steel etc. Preparation of day to day site dairies and daily reports. Coordinate with the Surveyors to check the location and elevations of work for conformance with the plans and specifications. Report questionable methods of operation by the Contractor to the ARE (Structures), RE (Structures) or the SRE. Conduct inspection in sites as per the submitted RFI’s Checking the materials Quality  Making daily and monthly inspection report as required Checking the activities are executed as per the required quality standards. On site rectification of an activity gone wrong Site quality documentation, supporting and correcting the execution department.
