Experience in process operation and design parameters of the units involved (Steam Turbine, Boiler, Heat exchanger and Furnace) for 300MTPD Sulfuric acid and 150 MTPD Oleum plant. Involve in improving the role of utilities for energy generation.Experience in DCS for maintaining efficient production of metallurgical products, such as insoluble Sulfur.Handling of Raw and waste water system and maintain different parameters standards according Royal commission Jubail. Experience in DM plant operation for 18 ton per hour steam generation boiler.Working closely with process chemists and chemical technicians to ensure maximum output levels and the efficient running of the production facility.Attending all process safety reviews as necessary and making sure that all agreed recommendations are adhered to.Attend weekly progress meetings with other members of the development team.Involved in researching ways to develop new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.Conducting experiments and calculating temperature and pressure during the industrial process.Advising on which plant and machinery will be the most efficient.Supervising production lines.Interacting with regulatory agencies (Royal Commission Jubail) and authorized inspectors to ensure regulatory compliance.

Performs work activities associated with a Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant. Ensures safe, efficient, and effective operation of plant facilitiesConducts frequent and periodic inspections of plant to detect malfunctions and initiates corrective actionsParticipates in new worker orientation; Provides technical support and guidance for subordinatesMaintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processesInspect service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valvesSupervise and schedule the activities of the Water Plant Operator Assistant and casual staffEnsures safe use of all chemicals and mechanical treatment related suppliesEnsure an adequate supply of water for human consumption and fire fighting activitiesParticipate in HAZOP review meetingsProvide reports to government agencies, departments and other organizations as requiredPerform other related duties as required
