Complete multiple energy related projects and energy audits around the 50 acre campus in order to ensure energy savings and energy efficiency. Work with the Energy Trust of Oregon to secure incentives for energy projects and studies.

Assist students in successfully completing their courses and facilitate the improvement of their learning and critical thinking skills.

Coordinate crew members and trainers (2-11 employees at a time) in order to maintain speed, customer satisfaction and quality service. Work safely and efficiently with employees and other managers to maintain effective service. Ensure all employees have current Oregon State Food Handlers card and follow corporate and state procedures. Deal with upset customers, complaints, and inappropriate behavior accordingly to maintain a safe workplace and comfortable atmosphere.
