An integral member of the project team who is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Company's Management. Current job responsibilities includes:-Attend stakeholders meetings and assist with determination of project requirements-Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules-Prepare project organization and communication charts-Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades-Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets andexpenditures-Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders and project team-Ensure stakeholders needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner-Review field inspection reports from Consultants/Contractors throughout the lifecycle of the project-Review & Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc in coordination with Procurement department.-Review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing isrecommended for approval-Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders-Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained-Keep the track record of all the issues and informed all the stakeholders about project status and issues that may impact the project

Responsibilities included:-Project Engineer for* “Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Auto Tank Gauging System at APL's Bulk Oil terminals and Establishment of Centralized Data Centre at Islamabad”* “Optimization of flow meters up to the standards of custody transfer specified by American Petroleum Institute and centralizing the data acquisition network of said equipments”.* "Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of 45KW and 55 KW Variable Frequency Drives in order to decrease breakdown maintenance and energy efficiency of electromechnical equipment"* "Procuremnet, Installation and Commissioning of Smoke Detection System at APL Bulk Oil Teriminals according NFPA and local authorities requirements".-Procurement and Technocommercial evaluation of Electrical and Instrumentation related equipment according to departmental requirements. -Maintenance Scheduling of Rawalpindi Bulk oil Terminal that includes maintenance of FMC’s Prime 4 PD flow meters, Accuload II, Accuload III and Microload.net microprocessor based flow computers, meter factor adjustment of above mentioned flow meters, temperature probes, strainers, air eliminator etc-Responsible for Maintenance scheduling of 400 plus retail outlets that includes maintenance of dispensers, signage, decanting points, tanks etc without affecting the sales of the company. Major Tasks completed: -Introduced standardized format for Complaint Execution that help in reducing down time of faulty company assests.-Successfully procured and installed 45KW and 55KW ASD Motor Control Center at APL's Bulk Oil Terminals.-Successfully initiated and completed “Third Party Fire Safety Audit”

Rawalpindi Bulk Oil Terminal

I worked in the Rawalpindi Bulk Oil terminal which is the largest terminal of Attock Petroleum Ltd and serves as a hub of all operational activities of the company. Job Description includes: -Training on the Receipt and Dispatch Operations of Oil terminal.-Hands on experience and training on the Manual Gauging of stationary tanks/tank lorries, measurement of specific gravity and product temperature up to standards specified by API and ASTM-Hands on experience on operating FMC’s microload.net, Accuload III and Accuload II microprocessor based flow computers.-Responsible for the Parcel receipts of Kerosene Oil, Premium Motor Gasoline and High Speed Diesel from a pig-able line coming from Attock Refinery Limited, Morgah, Rawalpindi.-Maintained the daily stock of 2.4 Million liters on average of Naptha in order to maintain the demand for Naptha exports. This includes receipt of product from independent pipeline coming from Attock Refinery Limited, Morgah and dispatch of product to Kemari bulk oil Terminal Karachi. -Also maintained the average receipt and dispatch of 2 Million liters refined petroleum products including Premium Motor Gasoline, High Speed Diesel and Kerosene Oil-Served as a decanting Team Lead for the decanting operations of Premium Motor Gasoline and High Speed Diesel-Daily overseeing of the safety issues throughout the terminal-Responsible to provide Opening Stock Position, Daily Stock Check, Daily Transaction and Daily Gain/Loss Reports to the Higher Management-Assisted the management in making SOPs for terminal operations

Titled as "Unmanned Ground Vehicle for Urban Residential Policing", it was a Senior Design Project for Undergraduate studies.The projects' total worth was upwards of USD 24,000.The project accomplished;- Mechanical design & fabrication, along with the development of a semi-autonomous control system.- Real-time data logging and broadcasting using TCP/IP protocols and on-board embedded systems and Synchronous motor control for drive and steering mechanism, managed by FPGA based NI cRIO.- Intelligent Image Processing for obstacle detection and autonomous control using NI CVS alongside INU and GPS formed the core of navigational tools for autonomous position-based maneuverability.
