In my current role at Dar, I am leading project planning, progress monitoring & control in the capacity of supervision consultant. My primary responsibilities include reviewing of the Contractor’s project baseline program, review & recommendation on EOT claims, construction progress monitoring & control, convening weekly progress meetings in relation to physical progress, KPIs and critical materials procurement tracking. I am also reporting project progress status to key stakeholders including client and relevant local authorities on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. I am approved as key personnel as per the contract with client for the position of Senior planning engineer from ALDAR.Project:Construct Only Contract (With Contractor's Designed Portion) For Mohamed Bin Zayed, Sector Z29 – Infrastructure and Streetscape Works, United Arab Emirates.Aldar Projects has awarded Dar Al Handasah (Shair & Partner) Consultants for Post Contract Supervision work for the Infrastructure and Streetscape Development of the MBZ - Z29 project. This project area of this development is 272 hectares, and it is one of the major initiatives of Plan Abu Dhabi 2030 with the most ambitious urban development projects being planned in the United Arab Emirates.The scope of the Contractor's works for this project is Infrastructure works and Streetscape to the ROW for the Z29 development area. Works will include services outside of the Z29 development up to the point of tie-in to the existing services adjacent to the development. Z29 contract comprises of Construction completion, Testing and Commissioning of the Infrastructure and Streetscape with External tie in connection works for MBZ Development Z-29.

My role at TAMAS was based in the company head office in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. Jouzy Consulting Engineers is an engineering consulting firm operating in UAE since 1966 providing design & supervision services for buildings, transportation and infrastructure works.I was deployed by Jouzy being supervision consultant as Project Control Engineer on two infrastructure development projects in Dubai, listed below;1. Akoya Oxygen- Roads and Infrastructure Packages Cluster M1 (Victoria), Cluster N1(Avencia), Cluster N2 (Amargo)2. Akoya Oxygen- Roads and Infrastructure Packages Cluster T (Aquilegia)My responsibilities included, review & approval of the Contractor’s planning packages, project progress monitoring & control, review & recommendation on EOT claims, KPIs and critical materials procurement tracking. I was also convening weekly progress meetings with the Contractors & Client and reporting project progress status to client on weekly & monthly basis. I was approved as key personnel as per different client requirement for position of project control engineer from DAMAC.

Internal Roads, Infrastructure and Public Realm at East Bani Yas Sector EB-2-01, Abu Dhabi2. R1043/2A - RTA Cycle Track in Saih Al Salam Area, Dubai.3. Construction of Infrastructure Services & Road Works Including S24, S25, S26 and Remaining Works for S17 in Al Furjan, 4. Construction of DEWA - 1 X 30MIGD Pumping Station Phase-1, Dubai.

Ministry of housing Saudi Arabia awarded Binjarallah Holding Co. for the construction work for roads & infrastructure development project in Khamis Mushait, Asir region of the kingdom. The Contract value for this project was 1.3 billion Saudi Riyal (approx. 346 million USD) and duration to complete the project was 2 years. Parsons were the assigned supervision consultants from the ministry on this project.I was deployed to project site as senior planning engineer by BJHC. I lead the team for project planning, scheduling and progress reporting. I was approved as key personnel supervision consultant (Parsons) requirement, for the position of senior planning engineer.

Fatima Jinnah Women University was established in 1998 in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The university is a public sector institution with a vision to promoting and facilitating studies and research in various fields of Higher Education for women.The university has a Planning & Development (P&D) office, which is responsible for Planning, Execution and Controlling of Development Projects. I worked on the position of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) in the P&D office. I was involved in the tendering process, formalizing the construction contracts awards, progress monitoring on ongoing construction projects, client's representation at progress meetings, interim payments vetting & processing.
