Responsibilities•Ensure that all construction operations are carried out in accordance to the projectSpecifications, Construction Procedures, inspection and testing plan, shop drawings andapproved method statement.• To implement QA/QC procedures and test inspection plan for the project.• Reporting any kind of non-conformities (NCR) to the Quality Control Supervisor.• Issuing WIR for the work ready for inspection.• Coordination with various discipline engineers on site and implementation of thedirections of the client representatives.• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities onsite.• Review of drawings and checking of materials availability on site.• Issuing MIR after material inspection.• Inspection of all types of construction work such as earthwork, formwork and steel fixing.• Monitoring the concrete pouring work including air content test, slump test and temperature ofconcrete and also ensure that enough number of vibrations are used for concrete work.• Performed inspections of paint work such as surface preparation, primer coat, putty application,sanding and final inspection after two layers of paint.• Performed testing on paint work such as Dry Film Thickness and adhesion test.• Inspection of tiles and marble work.• Worked closely with construction and engineering teams to coordinate inspection schedules andaddress any issues related to construction work.• Provided technical guidance to project execution teams, fostering a collaborative environment toachieve quality objectives.• Assist with colleagues to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, quality manuals and procedure,and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.• Inspection of all activities related to horizontal and vertical waterproofing.• Checking of brick work and plastering.
