• Responsible for the execution and the quality of mechanical maintenance work to be carried out on plant equipment, respecting maintenance budget and downtime.• Develop maintenance budget; Capex and Opex. Responsible to present cost KPI’s in operation review meetings.• Optimize maintenance operations and maximize equipment availability by using Lean concept and value stream mapping (VSM).• Work with management to identify new process improvement opportunities in the areas of cost, performance, and preventive and predictive maintenance.• Ensure completion of major maintenances within schedule; implementation of PM plan.• Ensure, upon completion of repairs, that equipment is in good operating condition, ready to meet operational requirements, fully inspected, tested, clean and safe.• Expertise in GSTD, SMED, Poka-Yoke, GEMBA, DMAIC, 5S and Lean methodology.• Installation and commissioning of GEA UHT Processing plant 15,000lph, Pasteurizer plant 20,000lph with online ingredient dosing and TBA8 1.5L machine.• Ensure working conditions and safety at work.• Ensure and controls quality of maintenance jobs from subcontractors.

Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using drafting tools AutoCAD. Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production. Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of technicians, and design of evaluation programs. Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition. Write performance requirements for product development or engineering projects.
