Engr. Ryan Francisco is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of the East - Caloocan. During his undergraduate studies, he was a recipient of the Junior Level Science Scholarship of DOST in 2016. In his graduating year, he served as the Central Student Council president in 2018. After he graduated, He was chosen as one of the finalists of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines for the National Capital Region. In addition, he won the GMA Excellence Award for the technology-based category in 2019. A faculty member at Technological Institute of the Philippines – Quezon City. His publication and research areas include data analytics, embedded system, and blockchain technology. His publication, he already had a total of two published papers one with an h-index citation, and the other research paper was published in IEEE, which is a Scopus-indexed journal. Finally, he earned his Masters Degree in Information Technology at the University of the East - Manila last November 2023.
