Support and service:-Successfully supported to build up first GPRS network for Taiwan Cellular Cooperator.-Successfully provided Taiwan Cellular Cooperator for IOT with Siemens’ BSS and HLR, end-to-end troubleshooting and network O&M.-Provided competence transfer and coached to Nokia contractors and customer.-Supported UMTS trial and successfully result in UMTS deal with Taiwan Cellular Cooperator at Sep 2003.

Taiwan

-Project management for new services of technical part.-Implemented enhanced-112 service and presented the solution to all other GSM operators in National Telecommunication Department.-Provided technical skill/solution toward marketing department for promotions, such as SMS for coupons,VOD for renewal service.-Mainly supported Short Message Center, Voice on Demand, new roaming partner service, MVPN-IN, and Voice Mail.
