CurrentPresently, I serve as the Country Project Manager for Salesforce where I manage the database and monitor Key Performance Metrics and trends that inform decision-making processes across the program.๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ฏ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:๐ Coordinated a robust and targeted research on the sustainability and impact of Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) programs in Butere Sub-County thereby strengthening the organizational approach in curating responsive, multidimensional and holistic solutions to endemic diarrhea among children <5 Yrs.๐ Bolstered the capacity of the M&E staff in participatory planning and collective solution-making by facilitating intensive M&E trainings which consequently improved the M&E practice among staff by 40%.๐ Harnessed the overall organizational reporting efficiency to attain a 98% reporting turnaround time by championing the implementation of a new reporting software, Living Water Information System (LWIS).๐ Strengthened departmental planning efficiency, accountability and workflow by proposing, designing and implementing a detailed Evaluation Plan with clearly stipulated roles, timelines and the staff in charge.๐ Provided technical leadership and supervisory guidance to an integrated team of researchers tasked with conducting a baseline survey on the level of specific SDG 6 indicators in Nyakach Sub-County, Kisumu.
