Leading all the operational activities of the two business of Indo Internacional, ophthalmic lens and optics machinery. In our company the activities under the Operations Directorate are planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, customer service and credit collection. I also supervise the quality system focused in becoming a continuos improvement.

Reporting to Operations Director, my responsibility is the complete supply chain of ophthalmic lenses. It comprises from purchase/supply planning, RX-Lab production, Logistics, Quality and Customer Service. INDO Internacional S.A. operates in the ophthalmic sector, providing to our clients lenses, frames and equipment for the optician shop.I am currently coordinating projects related to Client Service and Efficiency Improvement.

Managing the network of laboratories that manufactures the ophthalmic lenses acording to each individual prescription, on demand.My duties include the economic and technical management as well as the team coordination.The ophthalmic lens manufacturing requires to generate surfaces with micrometric precission, to cover the surfaces with nanometric layers.

Responsible for the lens design team.The lens design team is responsible for the geometrical characteristics of the lenses.Main reponsabilities of my position:*) Team coordination.*) Research proposals. Subcontractors coordination*) Product development coordination.

Research engineer.Developing numerical algorithms for the progressive addition lens (PAL).Developing user interfaces for numerical algorithms.
