The job was based at Fiat Parts and services headquarter, located in Volvera (Turin), The main task was supporting official Fiat Dealers throughout the parts order process. More specifically, I helped the dealers to choose the right part according to the chassis number, followed up the logistic of the order , improving the availability of critical parts ( in collaborations with other company departments)
