I am a PhD Student in Public Policies, a PhD of National Interest run by the University of Milano-Bicocca. My research project concerns the introduction of innovative digital tools in healthcare delivery and the implementation of virtual hospitals. The tutor of the project is Professor Agostino Cortesi, a computer mathematician at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. I've earned a Master's degree focused on digitization in Public Organizations (Department of Economics at Ca' Foscari) with a thesis on the use of Application Programming Interfaces in public service delivery in the United States and Italy. Thanks to the interdisciplinary nature of the academic curricula attended, I have developed skills in analysis of the international and EU policy context, law, economics, management and statistics. I have consolidated my soft skills through various work experiences in the field of communication and public policy. I amalso the Webmaster of OpportuniSID, the alumni association of the International and Diplomatic Sciences course at the University of Bologna.
