I have developed skills and expertise in mixing, baking, quality control, and team collaboration, working for reputable and innovative bakeries in the industry.In my most recent role as a mixer at Nicolas Bakery, I performed mixing duties using various techniques and ingredients, and ensured the high standards of quality and hygiene of the products. I also worked with the line staff to facilitate the smooth and efficient production of bread and pastries. Previously, I was a lead mixer at New French Bakery, where I was responsible for checking the temperature, consistency, and accuracy of each batch, as well as completing the paperwork and carrying the finished batch to the line bin.
