I am currently contributing to the challenge of reinventing MFGroup Mendrisio at scale in a sustainable way, both architecturally and organizationally.In the past, I was the Team Leader (now deputy) of the company backend system. I am now member of the newly created architecture team with the goal of rethinking existing systems at scale.I recently took up the challenge to setting up a scalable recruitment and on-boarding process.I love coaching and I was also in charge of managing the learning and side-projects plan to stimulate technological innovation. But above all, I love writing ever better code and I strongly believe in the power of always looking for the simplest solution in order to ensure long term sustainability. In the last years I have worked on analyzing, developing and maintaining the system responsible to generate more than 500K invoices per month for top-Switzerland companies and to support the customers contact-center. I accelerated the development of new keys features while reducing the technical debt of the product.Eclectic by nature, methodical and curious by instinct, I do not consider myself a great performer, nor a super fast learner.
