Oversaw Pembina’s Indigenous and non-Indigenous community engagement efforts throughout North America, including, but not limited to, the multi-faceted elements of Pembina’s stakeholder and Indigenous community relationships: consultation, community investment, local workforce initiatives and supporting Indigenous procurement.

Reporting to the VP, Sustainability, led a team focused on developing business-practical strategies, processes, tools and initiatives to manage critical Corporate Social Responsibility risk issues proactively – both onshore (oil sands) and offshore (Atlantic Canada). Led Statoil's Indigenous engagement efforts (42 communities) in support of a CEAA 2012 Environmental Assessment for offshore drilling licenses (Newfoundland) as well as a proposed offshore seismic project (Nova Scotia). Negotiated Impact Benefit Agreements in the oil sands region; managed Indigenous and stakeholder relationships during Statoil's exiting of the oil sands assets;

2010-2013, USA - established Talisman's Stakeholder Relations function for US operations (PA/TX); led a team of 6 advisors responsible for community and local government engagement; Manager of Corporate Affairs (Stakeholder, Communications, GR) for final year of assignment;1998-2010, Canada - oversaw Talisman's relationships with 35(+) Indigenous communities and numerous non-Indigenous communities; established local procurement strategy; developed stakeholder engagement plans for projects; negotiated MOUs with communities; successfully consulted on many projects, securing approvals on time;
