• Handle error allegation and fraud disputes from Card Holders under VISA and Mastercard debit card. • Conduct internal research investigation to bank members’ claims and determine if error or no error occurred; initiate callout or mostly file chargebacks to merchants in order to validate the reported transaction/s by cardmembers.• Keep track of team's production, chargeback aging cases, compliances such as resolution and provisional credit dues, and assist in generating batch reports through Excel.
