Came from a strong background of good values and is recognized to work voluntary and involuntary in a diverse culture with excellent service.I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with professional experience as an all-around teacher at Tuloy Foundation, allowing me to work with diverse culture and population that helped establish a strong foundation for my career. As a teacher, I conducted interviews, screened documents, listened to different stories, and dealt with actual situations presented every day. It is my task to verify, check, analyze and interpret documents presented to us. During my stay with the foundation, I saw the importance of adapting to changes and the direction of our superior because our clients, the street children, come from vastly different backgrounds, and being flexible to their needs was essential for the program to succeed. My work in the foundation involved a lot of coordination with all the departments involved, making constant communication key to a smooth transaction. We were also tasked to represent our clientele to companies, courts, offices and events whenever there was a need. As a teacher, reports and correspondence made up a regular task for the documentation of each student under our care. We check their progress and analyze their growth so we can design a program that would fit them so that they could easily be reintegrated into the society. I was accountable to the students under my care and I was always ready to talk to their guardians or parents whenever the need arose, may it be via telephone or face to face dialogue. We also faced deadlines and had to make prompt decisions under pressure because some cases that we handle are too sensitive, urgent and dangerous. It was crucial to be analytical when it came to decision-making to be fair in our conclusion in order to protect those who were really in need. After my work at Tuloy Foundation, I put up my own business….While my responsibility as a head chef in the kitchen is to be in charge of major key positions like maintaining the quality of the dish, maintaining flow and order and hiring the right people for a specific task.
