Current• Serve as a valued member of the Instructional Leadership Team, actively engaging in decision-making and planning meetings in partnership with other members. • Create and deliver informative professional development sessions for faculty and staff, focusing on instructional practices and the effective use of instructional technology to optimize performance. • Introduce and enable coaching cycles with Math and Science Faculty, playing a pivotal role in guiding them toward continuous improvement in their teaching practices.• Assume responsibility for the regular tracking of stakeholder data to identify problems of practice, providing critical insights that inform theories of action for the Instructional Leadership Team.• Generate clear and tailored job aides designed for various stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and students, ensuring convenience and usability.• Head the planning and coordination of large-scale projects, including faculty conference attendance, materials distribution, and the integration of external programs and professional development opportunities.• Offer ongoing support to faculty members in implementing shifts in their practices, ranging from grading structures and instructional technology to SAAS systems.• Perform research to identify new opportunities for both faculty and students, exploring possibilities such as field trips, professional development opportunities, and internships, both within and outside the district.• Bridge clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and supportive educational environment.• Assist in providing constructive feedback and ongoing support to educators, assisting them in implementing changes to improve instructional strategies and outcomes.• Utilize data analysis to identify areas of improvement, informing targeted strategies for enhancing teaching effectiveness.
