Initially employed as a casual employee for 6 weeks, I spent 5 months in the Melbourne office and a further 5 weeks in the Sydney office. I was hired in a credit control capacity and assigned residential accounts for the States of Victoria and Australian Capital Territory. I completed the financial reports, which were presented to the board for two successive months while my superior was on study leave. I then moved to the Sydney office where I established a database of potential leads and delivered a marketable capability statement.Following on from this I was offered a four-year sponsorship by the financial controller of Wilson Security.

The Rivertower Group has two core business divisions, Rivertower Hosting and Rivertower Marketing. The hosting business provides domain registry and server location facilities along with VoIP services. The Marketing wing of the group specialises in both Internet and physical marketing campaigns.I also resumed my Mortgage Pro duties at this point as Rivertower had been contracted following my departure.

Completed a functional specification for each phase, project managed development and tested each element prior to going live. Proactive cold calling, meetings and group presentations with major brokerages. Established client accounts throughout Ireland and provided technical support to every account.Compiled traffic reports and development schedules for weekly board meetings.

Career progression from part-time administration staff to full time account manager. Assumed responsibility for the largest accounts during my managers’ maternity leave.
