Worked with Kedington after it was merged with BridgeCom Munster. Held the position of foreman from May 2002 to March 2011 and was responsible for some of the biggest projects undertaken at that time. I was responsible for installing, terminating and commissioning complex networking solutions, including Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A, multi-cores and fibre optics, for Kedington in a highly competitive IT market. This involved planning and liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, safety officers, IT managers and the end client to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.I have also been involved in training new apprentices and developing them into new key team members. This involved monitoring their work, their work practices and ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations were adhered too

Joined BridgeCom Munster as a trainee and worked here until the company was bought by Esat Telecom and merged with Kedington
