I am proven in securing and developing new commercial business opportunities and adept at managing key accounts.The purpose of my role as manager is to source, manage and develop new & existing customer relationships and to lead a team that gives consistently excellent service.I am responsible for the following:· Monitoring and controlling the existing loan & deposit book.· Proactive management of arrears cases to minimise financial risk to the Bank through early identification of risks and credit issues.· Implementation of a Problem Debt Management Process upon identifying stressed and delinquent cases.· Ongoing monitoring and management of credit risk including detailed reporting of credit exposure, analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.· Preparation of loan applications, assessing proposals and making clear and concise recommendations to the Bank’s credit function.· Ensuring that income & capital requirements reach the level required for the portfolio under my management.· Identification of cross sale opportunities for Ulster Bank Group products.· Networking internally & externally to develop business relationships with colleagues, clients & business introducers.· Preparation of key pre-defined monitoring reports.
