I worked as a social media specialist in a temporary role with Eflow. My primary goal was to maintain relevant information across all platforms, engage with customers publicly and increase brand awareness.

During my time as a business account manager, I acted as a primary point of contact between the clients and our company. I had to develop a thorough understanding of the clients' needs, and do whatever I could to meet them. I provided an exemplary level of service to clients, maintaining and improving relationships for future business opportunities. I also regularly reached out to potentially new clients, by personally cold calling and emailing them.
