I work as a reporter for the IT Brew newsletter in the Morning Brew newsletter family.My work has been published at The Washington Post, The Intercept, The Appeal, The Outline, VICE, Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, Common Dreams, and many other outlets.I have a MA in History from Fordham University. My thesis, which I worked on with Dr. Paul Cimbala, was a synthesis of primary research on the antebellum politics of Massachusetts leading up to the Civil War. Prior to my academic work, I worked with two non-profits, the Brecht Forum in New York City and the Blackdog Foundation in Olympia, Washington, in administration and outreach coordination.
