About Eoin Higgins

I work with organisations to develop and deliver workplace transformations. My focus is on creating new ways of working where everyone has a sense of belonging and are empowered to choose when, where, and with whom to work. Where they are provided with the leadership support, work settings, and virtual environment to enable that.My creativity, enthusiasm, and drive fosters positive and productive relationships with the people I work with. This leads to lasting change within the organisations I support. I draw upon my 20+ years of experience working in an array of different roles from the front line to the executive team. My experience that has taught me there are always different ways to approach an issue.I believe that the idea of an organisation characterised by competition and drive are not mutually exclusive with one characterised by compassion and care. I am passionate about workplace mental health and well-being. I have a keen interest in how to develop ways of working that design for dignity so that people of all abilities can thrive at work.In my spare time I try to get on country to bush walk and get a sense of what nature is trying to teach me. I get out for a run (or jog!) as often as I can and if I need to switch up my mood then music is my ‘go to’.
