Site Dumper Operation (Front Loader), Slinger and Signaller Operations, Telescopic handler and Qualified Bricklayer. Valid Safe pass and full clean driving license.

• Patrols assigned areas on foot, checking for fires, vandalism, suspicious activity or persons or safety/fire hazards. • Investigates and/or reports hazards, unusual or suspicious circumstances to authorities. • Record hourly data into computer system • Liaise with residents/owners of development • Complete detailed incident reports • Responds to alarms and dispatch calls

• Maintenance of sea water pumps on trawler, • Chart work • Navigation• Practical skills in engineering• Fishing vessel operations• Net repair and construction• Safety skills• Repair and maintenance of electrical, electronic and IT systems. • Processing of catch within hygiene regulations

Responsibilities:• Managing teams of Labourers, Bricklayers etc.• Liaise with 3rd party contractors on-site• Deal directly with the project’s main contractors• Attend and contribute to progress meetings• Take responsibility for deadlines and targets• Delegation of workload and monitoring the quality of workmanship• Ensure that materials/goods received from external suppliers complies with the quality standards demanded on each project.
