Eoles B. Whitaker II is a strategist, innovator, creator, and connector. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Whitaker Alliance. Whitaker Alliance initially served as a successful Management Consulting firm that later expanded into the realm of Investment Management following the expanding portfolio of assets under management in the form of businesses and strategic investments. Prior to Whitaker Alliance's inception, he partnered with innovative thinker Mike Usoro to Co-Found Eusorone, Inc. a petroleum logistics tech startup utilizing blockchain and Ethereum Consensys. In the role of Chief Operations Officer for Eusorone, Inc. he was responsible for global operations, brand strategy, marketing, and support initiatives. With over a decade as an emerging leader, young businessman, and shaped background cultivated from economic development and public service, he has brought with him years of experience as a community liaison leader for various quasi-governmental entities and energy firms.Eoles has served as the Director of Intergovernmental Relations through the Texas House of Representatives. Part of his role was to identify resources for projects from public and private sources, including state, federal, and local funding designated for uses consistent with the litany of governmental entities service plans directly correlated to their master plan and service area. Eoles developed his expertise in midstream logistics, economic development, handling advanced logistics, and governmental affairs. He has managed intergovernmental day to day operations, media relations, and collaborating economic development initiatives to support state-endorsed grants and capital improvement projects. In the community, Eoles has served as a Board Director for Scenic Houston and Bayou City Athletics, Downtown Management District - Steering Committee (Houston), Midtown Management District - Steering Committee (Houston), and Economic Development Community Liaison for the Houston Southeast Management District.Eoles holds a Political Science, BA from Texas Southern University & Masters of Public Administration. While at Texas Southern University, Eoles was a scholarship athlete and SWAC champion for the TSU Tigers football program. While an undergraduate at Texas Southern he was a Dr. Thomas F. Freeman Honors College Scholar, NAACP Political Actions Chair, Student Government Deputy Attorney General, University Residential Assistant, Pi Eta Sigma National Honor Society (Chartering Member), and Circle K International (Chartering Member).
