I work with sales People and services professionals as strategic partner in crafting the solution and the vision of the solution with the client in order to ensure success in the sales cycle.Responsibilities• Working with our Blackboard resellers to craft the right solution as per the client requirements• Deliver high quality product demonstrations to potential customers.• Provide rapid, accurate responses to questions from sales staff in the field• Provide information and recommendations to assist with the development of responses to RFPs/RFIs

Working as a Solution Architect for ISB Educational Solutions Portfolio which includes "Blackboard, Ellumiante, Echo360, Content Development".Responsibilities:- work with sales People and services professionals as strategic partner in crafting the solution and the vision of the solution with the client in order to ensure success in the sales cycle.- Provide High quality Demos and Presentations.- Respond to RFPs and RFIs- Understand the clients challenges and requirements and design the best solution that address the clients challenges.
