The Sourcing & Requirement Management Manager role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of identifying and evaluating and collaborates with various departments/various Industries to understand their needs and sourcing part, ensuring alignment with the overall process.Play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, and helping in maintaining healthy relationships between Account Managers and Sourcing specialist's team. Need to understand client requirements, fostering strong relationships to better comprehend their unique needs.Responsible for ensuring accurate and comprehensive JD, attracting top talent, and strategically placing openings in the ATS for optimal visibility.This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements. Maintaining a keen eye on time-sensitive tasks, such as swiftly resolving any issues that may arise in the recruitment process and meet critical deadlines. And This involves troubleshooting within the ATS, addressing candidate Quality, maintaining Client's updates to align with changing priorities.Oversee the sourcing specialist team, driving meticulous candidate quality checks is important task, to uphold high standards in the process.Also Facilitate submissions on Vendor Management Systems (VMS).Provide comprehensive training & guidance to the sourcing team, promoting continuous skill development. In summary, Role requires a multifaceted skill set encompassing efficient job posting, adept ATS management, strong relationship-building with AMs, time-sensitive issue resolution, ongoing training initiatives, and a keen awareness of client updates to drive effective and successful sourcing and requirement management. On daily basis taking care for 40+ different Client’s needs from different industry. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sourcing and requirement management, utilizing data to assess and enhance team efficiency.
