Worked with a team (4 HMC engineering students, 3 NUS food science students) to develop a portable vegetable processor and packager for rural Cambodian farmers. Used flexible retort packaging with steam injection and pressure cooker sterilization. Tested system with vegetables found on Cambodian family farms.

Designed a process for sanitizing blackwater from rural Chinese households for application as fertilizer.
