Founded by engineers and scientists experienced in public policy, ESAL serves as a platform for bridging technical expertise with community needs. Operating as a non-partisan and non-advocacy group, we facilitate informed dialogue, encourage innovative problem-solving, and support the integration of scientific insights into local decision-making processes. Our goal is to build a robust network of STEM experts who are dedicated to driving positive change within their communities.
