Elizabeth is Partner and Co-Founder of Humantific in New York and Madrid. She is a strategic consultant, facilitator, and trainer with a unique expertise in Visual SenseMaking and Strategic Co-Creation. Her passion lies in helping people think clearly and make sense of complex situations in new and inclusive ways.
Prior to creating the Humantific, Elizabeth Co-Founded Scient’s Innovation Acceleration Lab with GK VanPatter. In the two years at Scient, over two thousand employees and clients gained cross-disciplinary innovation skills in Lab workshops. Designing the conditions for design, learning and accelerated innovation is a stream of logic that runs throughout her work. Prior to joining Scient, Elizabeth was Senior Information Designer at Donovan & Green New York.Clients Elizabeth has worked with range from Fortune 100, small companies and startups, and Non-profit organizations and foundation, including: BBC, Telefonica, Vodafone, City of Austin, Wells Fargo, Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, Liquidnet, EDS, Majestic Research, TED, Ford Foundation, Heron Foundation, UNICEF, Gates Foundation, Hewlett Foundation, Markets For Good, etc.Elizabeth holds a Masters Degree in Communication & New Media Design from Art Center College of Design in California. The focus of her graduate work was "Understanding in the learning process" centering on the application of information design to children’s educational environments. In her work she applies the logic of visual systems thinking and information design across a diverse range of projects.
