At Oskam, I started at the department of Calculation where calculations were made for proposals of all clients of Oskam. After that, I would move on to the subsequent department Work Preparation, and then Project Management both for half a year sequenced. I started making calculations myself for half a year and start to get to understand how this works as part of my entry process. In the end, it seemed not a good fit for me and the company since understanding didn't match. Achievements: - Made up proposals for Oskam Group - Made up a handbook for department Calculation to show how calculators could work effectively. - Changed the way and by whom calculations are checked by (project) management and got the proposal approved by general management. - Helped a new colleague get on board, and work effectively - Set up a complete plan for department Calculation to improve the quality and quantity of all proposals

With 14 talented people we helped local initiatives by building those initiatives into sustainable social enterprises.
