I have been invited by Interface European Manufacturing BV to acquire and implement a new ‘Time & Attendance’ system for the Europe Region. This new T&A system involved both hardware and software which needed to be combined into one, fluently working system. This process involved the selection of two new partners -one SaaS and one ‘on Premise’ hardware solution- and make them work together, in order to create an optimal working solutions. Accompanying this process were the inventory, documentation and translation of all involved European labour agreements and digitize them into fitting system rules to accomodate the new system.

PlanningIT implements software for personnel deployment, in particular SP-Expert. As Account Consultant I was part of the sales team and responsible for retaining company relations. As a result of my personal approach, I have ensured that a number of customers have reversed the decision to enter a new software selection process. In my final year I have shown a turnover increase of ± 25% on existing customers.

Software house Kodision develops and provides a high-quality e-form application with which can be created web-based front-, mid- and back office systems. I have implemented a number of creative solutions by managing individually composed project teams. Products delivered within the set frameworks included the implementation of a permit information system at one of the largest municipalities in our country.For a large municipality in the south of the country, I advised on the organizational consequences of product implementation. This led to more support from the stakeholders and therefore sped up the project’s time to market. In addition, I have been seconded to a large college for a period. Here I was responsible for managing a team of SharePoint developers, consisting of 8 self-employed developers, supplemented by an architect, testers and a deployment engineer.

As project manager I remained responsible for all my clients, throughout the pre-sales phase up to and including the SLA phase. In my position I played the roles of product specialist, project manager, pre-sales manager and Account manager. As product specialist, I was involved in pre-sales demonstrations in which my method of preparation and implementation proved to have a beneficial effect on closing the final deal.As project manager I was successful in guiding a large franchise organization towards one interpretation of a Collective Labour agreement and was able to migrate them digitally to one database environment.

ITMS BV was an organization with two competencies: IT secondment, Telecom and the development of Web based (E-HRM) software. I was invited to come work at ITMS for the purpose of being seconded, however my expertise ensured me to become a member of the management team in a short period of time. As MT member I was, among other things, responsible for strategic and operational HR.As project manager I was product developer for a large automobile trade. Here I led the development of e-HRM suite with various modules such as a Job site, the module "Indicators and control numbers” and a competence management suite. I also wrote the functional design and associated user documentation for this client.

Straight Systems is a software house, developing popular Cash register software, which is widely used in the Dutch hospitality industry. At the owner’s request, I set up a professional supportdesk. In this role I have developed a policy on Service Levels, "Call handling" and Customer Relationship Management. After successfully making this department operational, I took the time to further deploy myself within the organization as, among other things, project manager. For example, I have successfully contributed to a lower margin of error in the implementation procedure.
