Responsible for managing a team of 20 Call Center Associates and 4 Court Pack Associates. Worked with existing Leadership Team to reduce abandonment, created a New Hire Training Manual and improved caller experience by utilizing call calibrations to coach and develop new and existing employees.

Worked primarily with the Sales Team in Manila to better understand NA customers, their needs and how to fulfill them. Also worked with all the support teams in Manila (Customer Service, Intransit, New Accounts, Credit Card Desk and Vendor Management) to insure end customer satisfaction. Was also responsible for managing Sales Operations Team in AZ that supported our Key accounts on a daily basis. Prior to my Sales position, I managed an inbound Customer Service Team. Successfully reduced hold times from over 7 minutes to under 1 minute and significantly reduced turnover. Three years later I successfully transitioned the department to our Global Shared Service Center in Manila with little disruption to our customers.
