During my time with the Camp Sonshine organization, I led a number of key marketing projects to generate thousands of dollars in new revenue.A couple key achievements here were:- Leading in the strategic development of a new camp website that included comprehensive information on camp programs. This endeavor increased our customer engagement and drove an approximate 30% increase in staff access to critical resources and information.- Completely redesigned tools and resources, including summer staff training collateral, new ‘camp family’ information packet and parent summer guides, program guides, and various applications to greatly improve parents’ access to camp information.
