I have worked in Toronto's creative community for 8 years as a community builder and artist. Currently, I co-lead the Asian music collective 'Tiger Balme' and write and release music as 'Estyr'. I also act as an operations manager for an arts-based non-profit. In the past, I've worked as a community manager in a creative co-working space, as an internet marketer, digital community manager, and copywriter in the non-profit and higher education sectors for clients like Artscape, Glendon Campus (York University), and George Brown College School of Design. I like to jump into solving problems by taking a values-based and active listening approach.
