This year I led the creation and operation of the OCTO Presales Interlock (OCTOPi) program to create formal linkages between our corporate and field engineering teams. EMC is a leader in enterprise IT product Research & Development investment. I am responsible for leading the process that governs our investment. Specifically I am responsible for the processes and tools used to collect, and monitor our AD project portfolio as well as improving our AD engineering skills, and collaboration across the globe.

Group provided support to 400-500 editorial users at four locations within Matthew Bender. Improved operating performance and efficiency of department year over year with proven business and project management processes.Director of Technology InfrastructureResponsible for 100+ person staff that supported a dozen locations nationwide and two international locations. Provided support and consulting services to several Times Mirror businesses.Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and support of the enterprise information systems. The functions include: data center, desktop support, service desks, data communication networks, database architecture, and information communication tools such as e-mail and intranets.Improved operating performance and efficiency of department year over year with proven business processes (e.g. establishment of enterprise-wide service desk, and consolidated hardware platform standards).Managed the implementation of Peoplesoft Financial and HR systems across the enterprise.
