Managed overall budget and directly managed all design and construction work. - Implemented lasting changes to sweetgreen employee experience, to expand and improve our hourly workforce’s food knowledge and career opportunities.

- Led yearlong strategic project to evaluate, restructure and redesign the sweetgreen loyalty program and mobile app.- Developed, launched and managed innovative consumer insights program, “sweetgreen insiders”, with more than 3,500 participants in each 6-month cohort. Created true “win, win, win” by redirecting ineffective Secret Shopper spend, evangelizing our own customers and delivering critical insights to our partners in Operations.
