Overall responsibility of O&M of 63 Solar plants with capacity of 18 kwp-50 kwp to serve local communities and telecom towers (Indus & ATC) within the area.* To ensure 100% uptime of different business models i.e. A, ABC & BC plants to serve the local as well as corporate customers.* To maintain the maintenance record of 63 Diesel generators.* To supervise plant staff to maintain, operate, troubleshoot to improve plants. * Performance on daily basis along with needed RCA (Route Cause Analysis).* Lead a team size of 30+ employees to maintain & operate the daily plant activities of respective area.* Recruit employees, assess their performance and take necessary actions when needed.* Installation/Erection,commissioning and Testing work of minigrid.* Erection ,commissioning & Testing of LT line

Responsibilty to provide Service in All our area With On time.* After Loging Complaint in company Communicate With Customer And Provide Service as Per Customer Requirement.*Handing The 3rd party Engineer for providing Service on time in low Amount.

I had worked with 200+ Solar Projects which Capacity belongs 16kw to 150kw.* Overall Responsibility to Make Site. * Done All Civil work activity of Site according to Drowing With Accurate Measurement. * installation of All Electrical Equipments like inverter, Battry, Genrator with complete Wiring. * Testing And Commissioning.* Site Handover to the Customer With Proper documentation process.
