Leading the development of GEOVIA Tactical Mine Planning product (MineSched).Facilitate interactions between my team and the rest of R&D (mostly in Paris headquarters) by leveraging my network and past experience in Dassault Systèmes France to fully integrate Vancouver R&D into the Dassault Systèmes process, organization and culture.MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Initiate project scope with the help of Application Managers, define global roadmap- Define scrum teams, allocate/balance resources for each project- Define and transform development process and tools that involve multiple locations in Australia, France and India. Rolled out Large Scale Scrum (LeSS)- Work closely with Product Managers, QA, UX designers and technical writers to help improve development process and remove road blocks- Monitor progress on various projects, provide visibility to upper management and cascade relevant information to the team- Responsible for developing career growth plans, performance management and compensation reviews- Responsible for recruiting and on boarding of new team members- Identify knowledge gaps and put in place appropriate training plan for the team.MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS- Successfully transformed existing organization, processes and interactions to optimize team efficiency and daily operations.- Released a new module of Surpac that brings connectivity to Dassault Systèmes cloud Platform (Surpac POWER’BY), the first milestone toward the integration of legacy products into Dassault Systèmes cloud ecosystem.
